Traumatic ACL

Something was not right. I knew something was just wrong somewhere deep inside my knee. Assumptions and imaginations gave up and finally the mind diverted itself to science and technology post my physiotherapist's advice went for an MRI. It  was an experience in itself. While filling up the admission form for the MRI a lady beside me was asking the radiologist some questions which amused me.

Lady: Hi, I feel a little claustrophobic usually, so all i want to know is if my entire body is going to get inside the machine.

Radiologist: Yes Maam. Generally 3/4th of the body slides into the giant magnet which makes wobbly sounds and to prevent your headache we provide you free cotton to shut your ears!
Well, what a favor! A pair of cotton for an 8k scan..Interesting.

Soon i was called and fortunately my upper body was completely out and only the part of my body until my knee was sent into the machine which took its own time to run,to shout,to yell and finally i suddenly felt someone waking me up. That's when i realized that i was fast asleep, something which i love.

I had a swollen  leg and my dad waiting downstairs for me and a Hanuman temple right across the road. Many years later i went inside the temple and prayed to god (Basically to myself, as i see myself in god) and hoped there wasn't anything complicated. Three hours later i receive a SMS from the diagnostic centre that my scan report is ready and can be accessed by clicking a link. And i did and automatic PDF download took place and i read: Almost complete tear in the anterior cruciate ligament at the femoral attachment. I immediately sent to my Physio and well, he just very bluntly asked me to get in touch with an Ortho and his service is not going to be of any help at the moment.

I met an experienced Ortho: Dr. Praveen at Sagar Jayanagar and well a tall, well spoken and friendly personality who spent close to 90 mins in trying to understand the cause and symptoms. It was a complicated case not because of the tear, but because i was able to play like how any other player of level does! And i am surely not an amateur, i am a player turned Coach! None of peers and students felt a difference in the level of my game and wondered if anything is wrong at all??!! But i knew there was something wrong somewhere. All said and done, finally Dr. Praveen advised me to push myself and play regularly and continue playing and asked me to report to him if i felt anything fundamentally abnormal as he followed an extremely noninvasive approach.

Played for close to a month and a half with loads and loads of reading upon the net and videos on youtube and finally felt if something is physically bothering me i must just attend to it and not neglect. I met the doc and he said well MRI could at times exaggerate so advised for an arthroscopy first and then decide then and there based on the level damage if to go for a reconstruction or not which sounded very practical to me. And the day arrived when i got myself admitted and the sisters in the hospital gave me this so called patient's uniform which looked really bad and looked like an attempt to expose my body and skin! I refused and then comes a kinked lipped sister in a typical Kerala accent says : Sir, kindly do not break the hospital protocol. Request you to co-operate!
I had no other choice left, and followed the rule!

Morning at 5 the ward boy wakes me up and dresses me up in a different attire and asks me to lie down in the stretcher and i tried explaining that i am fine and can walk upto the operation theatre! He refused and finally the hospital was successful in making me feel like a patient already!
The team of doctors waited like butchers and also like gods! That was a paradox.Gods because the were waiting to cure my ailment and butchers because all said and done they are going to make me go under the knife!
I got to watch the entire surgery as it was spinal anesthesia  and due to the extensive preoperative research, i could follow everything that the doctor was up to. The entire process lasted for about 90 mins and was transferred back to the ward.

The doc meet me at the ward the next day and tell me not to play for the next three months, not to ride/drive for the next one month and many other conditions apply. Sob!

I shall be penning down the entire recovery status and also experiences associated with this dreadful sports injury consequently.

Adios folks!

Expectations of having an expectation..

Most of the wise and successful people around raghu have always told him to just give his best and never expect the best in return as most often expectations lead to disappointments since human beings are most often never happy with what they get in return..

This childhood habit became a seasoned habit and he was successful in following it until he saw and heard many people around expecting him to expect things in return!! Why folks?? Don't like seeing him happy? Want him to get disappointed??

If there is a job well done he is expected to expect a promotion!

If he has been kind to someone, he is expected to expect kindness!

If he likes someone's habit n acknowledges that to him, he is expected to expect some sweet words in return!

This revolution of life around expectations has made this world a very tiring and a substandard place to live..

What does raghu do now?? Continue to follow what he was preached , or change his course of thought to what he is expected to expect, or stay confused as to what to do?

Should he live for him or should he live to fulfill others expectations? I have a feeling- there is a raghu in almost each and everyone of us who should either killed or tamed. Letting him live at his mercy is only going to make his existence an obligation in each one's life where raghu resides..

Amen...

Amazing liars....

Well, such a tough question to answer when someone asks " Do you have any siblings?" Not because it is easy to say i don't have but i have to tell the same when i know i had one.

When someone asks me the question, a plethora of thoughts and emotions go through me which really makes me think twice if to say yes or no. Yes because i feel he is feel somewhere around and no because i know i cant prove it to others that he is around except for myself.

I met a new person today who asked me if i have siblings, and i say "no i do not" even though i wish i could say - "Yes- i do have a sibling who is doing really well in life. And the next statement i hear is " oh wow, single child haan, great you must be all pampered isnt it?? "

All said and done, how will people know if i had one or have one untill i tell them isnt it., So i realized, there are two lives running parallel to each other.. A) life for yourself you live and B) life that you need to live for others and fortunately i' m ok living with both of them. :)

Good night blogger. :)

Value of the lost....

Many of us have this strange tendency to realize the worth of a certain thing once it has perished or once it is no longer under our control.

The days i wake up late is when i have realized the most as to how beautiful the morning would have been and what i missed, as for all i know that morning is never going to return- I Realize the value of early mornings.

The days i loose my temper is when i realize how much better the day could have been had i not lost my cool and just stayed calm- I realize the value of staying cool headed.

The days i do not get my food on time is when i realize how important timely food is, for my health and hunger.

Similarly, there are certain people whom i have lost today and have realized their values only after loosing them and never before that. Unfortunately, i do get a chance to witness a morning again where i can wake up early and i do get a chance to stay cool and ensure i do not loose my temper and well i can always ensure i can have my lunch on time and somehow hedge that uncertainty by having a heavy breakfast.

But, how do i bring back the people whom i have lost by taking them for granted?? Are all of us fortunate enough to get someone back into our lives whom we have lost?

I always thought the person whom i lost would always stay beside no matter what, and today when the individual is missing is when i am realizing how important it is to keep all  my near and dear ones as happy as possible and also realized how significant it is to ensure peace and happiness with whomever I transact, so that tomorrow I do not regret if in case I happen to loose them.

I have often seen occasions when a wife walks up to her husband and calls for a divorce is when he suddenly wakes up and realizes what he would probably be missing if at all such an unfortunate event takes place in his life had he been taking her for granted.

So my dear fellow readers and writers, i plead all of you to always love those in and around you and never take them for granted as for all you know wouldn't be in and around you any longer and probably will never ever be too if they aren't given the respect they deserve from your end and taken for granted.

However, if this blog has enough powers, can i ask this to please bring that person back to me??

Let me wait and wait and waaaiitttt........

Train-ing Life.....

“Life is like a journey on a train, with its stations, with changes of routes, and their accidents!
At birth, we boarded the train and met our parents, and believed that they will always travel on our side, knowing that at some station they will get down leaving us in this journey alone.

In the same way other people will board, and be significant: our siblings, friends, children and even the love of our life. Many will get down and leave a permanent vacuum. Some have unfortunately already unboarded  L

Others go so unnoticed that we don’t even realize that they have vacated their seats! This trip will be full of joy, some sorrows, fantasies, expectations , goodbyes and farewells.Success consists of having a good relationship with all passengers and giving the best of ourselves. The great mystery to everyone is that we do not know at which station we will get down, so we must live in the best way, love, forgive and offer the best of ourselves. So, when the time comes to get down and we leave our seat empty , we leave beautiful memories for those who will continue their travel on the train of life!!

My wish for everyone is that the journey by this train for the coming year is better every day. Reap success and give lots of love, and especially thank fate for the journey! Oh and I thank you whoever is reading ;) for being one of the passengers on my train. Let this coming year be the best, full of peace and love and a prosperous and healthy one for all.

Love you all my dear fellow passengers….

Hey!!!But who is the engine driver?? “Where are you Mr.Driver?” Like seriously! I would want to meet him! I am sure he is the best driver ever. Someone who can take us through so much and to so many places! However a small message to you Mr. Driver- “I don’t like bumpy rides! And neither do my friends and folks. I hope you heard what I just said and ensure a safe, sound and joyful one in the coming new year as I feel you must personally not be liking it as well. J

Sur-Prizes...

Life is full of Sur-prizes, some of them just beyond our expectations and imaginations.

Would someone have imagined meeting someone for the first time as acquaintance an hour ago and ends up becoming friends for life?? ( Like the Fevi quick bond)

Would someone selling tea in the busy streets of a small town imagined to have become the PM of the second most populous country in the world?

Would someone sitting in a private lounge of an aircraft imagined that he was going to see a heap of pyre being laid on his body to RIP few hours later?

Would a lady begging on a street imagined herself to have become a super star in the Bollywood just a few months later?

Would someone swimming on thousand rupees notes few months ago have imagined himself to mortgage his last left one BHK flat?

Well all the above incidents have happened in reality and at a great frequency. After re-reading the above situations i just ROFLed my ass out on all of those people who are greedy, who are rude, who are selfish, and eventually i laughed with a heavy heart at myself as well because- ALAS!, the society doesn't spare anybody after all!! The above adjectives aptly represents us irrespective of how uncertain our immediate futures are!

It reminds me of one of the stories that i have read as a child, where a new village entrant looks at all the other villagers running out of the village. Amused with the entire scene around him he stops one of the running mate and tries finding out why everyone was running? The villager replies- " Dear friend, i am not sure- i saw all of my other counterparts running and therefore, i am running as well. Why don't you run too!" As a matter of fact no one knew why everyone else was running.

Back then as a child i just shared the joke and laughed. Today the tears are not because i am laughing when i recall the joke. :(

AMEN.....

Bee-ing Human!!

We have become such busy people, where the statement " i don't have time" has become the most commonly used JARGON i would say.

Are we so busy that we can't have our lunch (forget about having it on time).
Are we so busy that at times we don't sleep the entire day? ( Of course night included)

I had recently been to a Community service programme and shared my experience with one of my friend and insisted him on attending such programmes so that he understands the real misery of life contrary to instances where people call up the facilities team and ask them to reduce the A/C temperature to 24 degrees because they feel 26 degrees is tooooo high for the weather outside.( God what maniacs )
" He said there is a lot of work dude!! i doubt if i will have enough time for all that"

The other day, I had asked another friend of mine "why don't you donate blood? have you even thought about it? " The response i received was:
" I really do not have time for all that and moreover i doubt if i have enough blood for myself at the first place! "

I being a sportsman, asked one of my friend to join Aerobics classes or at least go for a morning/evening walks as i felt she was putting on weight at a quick rate for her age. The response i received was:
" I have no time for it at all. Every mornings i have calls and evenings by the time i reach home it is late and i dont have the energy to go for those! "

I have list of such live examples where people just work hard (super duper hard) for some client about whom they have no idea about , skip lunch , having untimely food habits, rejoicing junk food, and oh yea- Getting royally drunk on Saturdays and just remain in a semi coma state up to the next day's afternoon and feel proud about getting drunk and boasting about it to all their colleagues and friends later. ( Is it something to be proud about??? )

When are we going to realize the value of our health? value of OUR time, value of pursuing OUR vocational interests? and the value of OUR minds being at peace?

The rate at which it is going, it seems like 3/4th of what we earn in the first half of our lives will be spent on our medical expenses in our second half and finally regret and feel - " Wish i had given some importance to MYSELF too!!

WE ARE JUST LIKE THE BEES( BUSY AND NEVER RESTING)
NO WONDER I SEE T- SHIRTS HAVING A PRINT WHICH READS - BEING HUMAN!!! :)

** I do not feel all are like this. I just see a big time imbalance between the people who do good and those who do not! This is just a personal opinion put forward**

Who is gonna bridge the Generation Gap??

It was very stormy weather this night where the rain lashed at the ground hard and the trees made lashing and whooshing sound when there was a similar mood set in my mind as well.

I was gazing at a future where we have crossed our youth long ago and are doing something which we personally never wanted to.

I could see the current genration very well handicapped in terms of descision making where our minds, just like our brain are split into three parts. Namely:

1)Personal opinion
2)Parents and family opinion
3)No opinion

It is a tricky situation that the current genaration is facing where the youth is perplexed wondering if to listen to themselves or if to listen to their parents and the other elder ones in the family.
The bold ones decide to listen to their inner self and intuition and the comparitively defensive ones decide to listen to their parents as they would want to be in the good books and also to lead a risk free life.

I see that whole Indian society is pretty much canvassed with the issue of deciding and proving as to who is right and who is not. Are we right or the elders??
The elders want to prove a point that the life has to be led the way they led it when they were young and the younger lot feels things should go on the way they want to.

Now, who is going to win and who is going to loose here??? Are the elder ones going to compromise or the younger ones?

Competetion apart, I recently came across a situation where the son comes home intoxicated ( not sloshed ) as a result of a small party which he had to attend since his friend happened to be one of his really close pals.

The father does not let him in and asks for a promise that the son would never drink again. And the son here is a mid 20s gentleman who can very well take care of his bread and butter for living is asked to promise something which he knows he has to break very soon as he is aware that the world today is not the way it was 25 years ago.
He tries to to make his dad understand how the world outside is today and it isn't possible to live the way his dad is expecting him to as if he does so he may very well be stigmatized from his usual society with whom he spends more that half of the day.

It is a world where the youth is no longer are superstitious!
It is a world where the youth is very well educated and aware about what is happening around them!
It is a world where one does not work in a company for 25 years and then retire!
It is a world where a 5 year old kid has an Iphone in it's hand.

Let the adults march with the time, as time is something which cannot and will not stop either. We or the previous gen stopping ti walk with the time will only leave them behind where things around them are moving ahead and they are just watching them all race past them and they are struggling to catch up later.

Would like to finally tell all the adults:

Dear adults...
We know what we are doing. we knew what we have done and also we will be knowing what we would be doing. We very well plan our future as we are not equally but more concerned about is as we have to lead it in your absence some years later. And nobody to take care of us as families are nuclear families now and we do not have 5 or 6 siblings!

Kindly trust us and our actions as our happiness is eventually going to lead to your happiness and comfort at your old age.

Do you sleep?? Mr. Mind?

I have always thought every living thing in this whole wide world sleeps and takes some rest for itself to rejuvenate and sustain itself in a healthy manner.

Then my mind drifted towards all our minds,my mind in particular. I wondered " Does it sleep? Does it rest? If so, how? when? where? because i have never felt my mind to be empty!

There is something or the other that keeps running which keeps itself occupied 365 days a year and 24 hours a day.

If now it is about my parents, later it is about my life. Today if it is about my career tomorrow it is about owning a car. If this second it is about hunger next second it is about a trip to Burj Khaleefa!

This i realized after some conversations with few of my friends and folks that their mind is no different..
The difference being if i am thinking about a car someone else is thinking about a bike! That's it!

Our minds strain itself to such an extent that it doesn't rest even when we are sleeping for sure.
No wonder we get such strong dreams. Why should we get dreams if our minds are quite, calm and relaxing??

May god bless our minds and teach it how to rest and stay calm and peaceful. Or do we need GOD's help for it? Can we do something about it ourselves???

OK, so there you go. The next point to think about is already ready! So let me go ahead and find out how not to think and let even the mind rest for sometime and not be selfish by giving only myself some rest and not my mind!

The Cry!

I cry!

Sometimes every day, sometimes every night.
Sometimes i cry in such a way that my face smiles, but i'm actually crying inside.
Some times i cry for the person who is no longer beside who was never kept aside.

When i cry out loud people say do not be kiddish,
When i cry out inside myself and act as if i'm fine people say your behavior is so foolish.

Cry is an outburst of human emotions,
It is not an outburst of an individual's irritation.

I cry when i think of my colorful past,
Because nature did not design it for it to last.

When i say i am sad, i am missing someone else and the sadness will soon end,
People think: " Oh it is nothing but he was dumped by his girlfriend".

I cry again! Not because i am sad,
But it is because the present is so bad!

All cry!
Some keep it to themselves, and keep their mouth tight,
But i have a blog here where i visit and just write.

Thank you so much Google to have developed Blogger,
Expressing my feelings here i feel caressed like a toddler.

People!! One last time,
I cry because it is an attempt to forget my recent past which is so dry!

I cry, and i cry!
Only to finally try and not cry again as people do not like to see me cry.

And i am not the only individual in this unique and complicated situation,
There are many more in  the same competition!

I wipe my eyes now as not too far is the next day's morning,
Where i don't want to wake up yawning.

Good night Blogger! :) :)

The Civil War in our mind,,,,

What is a Civil War? I Googled it out to procure a deeper understanding on the same, not that i didn't know what it is after watching movies such as Hotel Rwanda and Blood Diamond. But still wanted to get an quick idea before i wrote this. After reading many Articles finally our own Wikipedia said:A Civil War is a war between citizens of the same country.

My mind finally received a very crisp and clear idea on what a Civil War is.

Then i wondered and realized that the biggest Civil war that i can possibly think of in our own minds!!! Leave apart the countries in the world, If i have to think about our mind as a country, it no way stops me from thinking so, as it is full of different opinions, ideas, actions, reactions etc. and i personally felt mind is a miniature or probably bigger than the real country itself.

Now Why a Civil War? Yes our minds are also divided just like how a country is into states, districts, taluks, constituencies and so on. Likewise our mind is divided into the good, the bad ,the ugly, the matured, the child, the adult etc and it goes on.

For example - A person wants to buy a car, one mind says- "No! why do you want to invest on cars? it is anyways going to depreciate!"

Second mind says- "Dude life is anyways about passion and enjoying what you have earned."

The third says: "Dude your friend beside house has bought one and is never using, so why not strike a deal with him? "

And the list of opinions go on..

Similarly our mind finally and eventually will never let us rest in peace!! It just has to complicate and trouble us in all possible ways and in all possible things that we try to do and establish to eventally De-stabilize a stabilized and a sound soul.

Why aren't we able to understand the very fact that nothing is wrong in life until it's proved otherwise??

Why aren't we able to understand no matter what, what has to happen will happen??

Why aren't we able to understand that what the genuine mind knows is what we really want and why can't we quietly listen to it and not unnecessarily get influenced??

Let's keep things simple! Because life is just too short to think so much as thinking isn't the end. We tend to think even after what we would have actioned after thinking as well.. Phew thinking is actually quite an complicated act and often i hear and come across people who say "dude think before you do!!" Well to all those dear friends and folks- "Thinking is after all not that easy AT ALL!!!

There is one saying which suits this topic the best----> IGNORANCE IS BLISS

Let us all think, oops not thinking ;) Let us all believe that no matter what, whatever happens, happens for good.If someone dies there is some good for the people who carry out the rituals.

If some one's car breaks down there is something good for the mechanic near by.

A last but not the least if someone thinks too much he would come up with a writing like this no matter what.No one could stop me from writing this :) :)

KEEP IT SIMPLE n PLEASE SMILE and you never know as it may finally end the Civil War that was mentioned earlier. and may help in end many other Civil Wars in so many other's mind.

But all you pretty girls, do not give a real good smile to men,as a Civil War might Begin in a man's head where he might start thinking- "Is she good? or is she bad? can i propose her? or should i not??

Ah Let me take Adieu by saying, Sid!!------> IGNORANCE IS any day BLISS!!! Stop thinking and go to sleep.

Fate at its best.....

Its when everything goes right, when everythin looks beautiful, when everythin looks set.. That is when adversity strikes and that is when life shows what it is very much capable of. Some lucky ones of course would have got away with it but even they would or will surely experience the adversity.. Im not praying for it!!!! im sure about it.Because we are all here not to just enjoy the good and the nice things of life but also to experience the adversities.

One forgets how important it is to experience the bad too. He does'nt appreciate the fact that it is for some good that we go through the bad. It is a vicious circle.
Good is followed by the bad and bad by the good. Here bad is a very subjective term. I have often noticed, for some a petty thing is a disaster and for someone like me even a disaster is not even a petty problem. ;)

Coming to the word "FATE" which im sure is one of the most unluckiest word in the English dictionary because it is the most accused word. Any bad thing happens to one he is prompt and shrewd enough to say "dude it is all fate"!!!
And i completely agree to it. It is all fate. I also hear people saying "You can write your own fate" But it is totally not practical and possible. The world would have been a total mess if one was given the freedom to write his own fate as what he wants to do and where he wants to go. And for those who have aspired and dreamt of something and have actually got it,i would say it is hardcore coincidence and a good personal orientation.
It is practically not possible because of the choice clash concept. There would be crores and crores of people wishing and choosing for the best thing to happen in their lives but the best thing can be only one. So how can these many acquire the best thing?? Now that is why everyone goes through shit in life because life itself wants the best thing to be rotated among everyone possible. That is why one cannot be happy forever.

The best thing to do in life is to just accept the fact that there is nothing that is under our control, all we can do is just gracefully accept the problems and laugh it off and that can happen only when we just enjoy the good and the bad too. There are so many bad things which we do knowing they are bad like smoking and excessive drinking! so why not this too??!!

LET THE FITTEST SURVIVE AND OTHERS JUST FADE AWAY!!!

An experience to experience....

School is over!!! :)No more academics!!! But definitely a lot of learning and lot of hard work.. more than ever. Till yesterday life was all about Marks, internals, inter collegiate competitions, canteen, asking out random girls, semester exams and bunking classes etc etc. Well with a great grief i can say all that is over. Now life is all about may be achieving targets, about how fast i can grasp my responsibilities and how well i get along with my team.(These are once again assumptions since i was never exposed to this activity of life)

I first got a call from a girl with a very cute voice asking if i was siddharth srinivasan. i was in college. I was all happy since it was a cute voice and said of course I'm. :) Then she said who she was and asked me if i would be interested in the role?? I said yes no problem. My interview date and time was finalised and it was at their own office at 1pm.The office was at RMZ tech park which i have heard a lot about but have definitely not entered since there was no necessity as such. That day i had to. I was so clueless as how to enter the place because there was no watchman to open the gate for me. it were all automated glass gates where the existing employees were just swiping their cards and entering the office.

I then took help of the security and managed to enter. I see the place, the floor, it looked like a never ending stretch of cubicles and systems.
I Expected everybody to look at me and gaze coz that is how it used to be in college and school. where a new student enters and all eyes would be on him/her wondering who he is ,where he is from and the gossips used to flow like a river. Then after i saw no difference in their action i realised it was a "corporate". People do not have time for their own selves, how would they possibly have time for some unknown boy like me.I proceeded and met the HR who had given a call to me. She greeted me and then took me to a glass sound proof room and as it is the office in spite of so many people working was extraordinarily silent and now the glass room's silence was just Way too loud!!!! Silence was tearing my ear drums. And then a small brief up about the company and a brief assessment she made about me and asked me to wait for my next round.

The second round was taken by a very smart and a dude like person whose English was impeccable and the approach was a mix of a strict corporate and a friend. It went on for more than half an hour. Even there i ended up speaking about the fossil watch which my students gifted me few days ago. Even he was impressed with the watch. So i had few more rounds after that where in all the rounds my CV was ripped left and right and finally i was told " your selected when can you join??" I was really happy since it was my first professional interview which i cracked and was being inducted.
I joined on Monday where i no more had to run around to access the security gates. All i had to do was just swipe the card and the gate would open.

And on the very first day i saw few candidates who were awaiting their interview turn. I was wearing my id card the tag of whose held my company's name and i acted as if i owned the company in front of them just to show off and was directing them as if i was the contractor of the building.

Its Definitely a confidence booster when you do not slog for a good job and run around places to enter a good corporate. I realised that, all it requires to crack an interview is 20 % technical knowledge, 80 % confidence.

Fuckin divide!!!!!

One elderly and supposed to be a wise person told me today : " My dear boy, i do not mind u having girlfriends.. But see to it that the girlfriend is not a Muslim, christian,or low caste Hindu girl... I said OK.

Later another person very informally tells me, "Dude why are you so close to north Indians like this?? They are supposed to be over smart and people with no morality until you belong to their community." I said OK.

In this way everyday i encounter people telling me and advising me on whom i should be friends with and whom i shouldn't.
I feel atrocious when i look at people having such wrong notions and contentions on the people who do not belong to their caste or religion or clan. Why are they not aware that after all even the others whom they feel are "aliens" also are made of flesh and blood!!!! Why so much divide?
What great did we do and what bad did they do that we so ruthlessly comment on how good or bad they are considering just their caste, religion and the place from where they hail!!!
The Worst part is when people are discriminated based on their looks! People believe what a white guy says and don't even bother about what a dark guy says. Just not colour but also based on gender. If a woman says that she was harassed by a man -The whole world believes her. But the same if a man says not even a single person believes!! Why?!!!
The whole world is divided just like how husk is divided from the food grain! Its a myth that the world is completely out of such old practices.NO!!, even today is very much relevant but just that today it is more westernised like our clothes that's all... Why are we not able to consider everyone as the same ,give them equal respect and treat them with equal dignity? untill we personally have a problem with them i don't think we should discriminate. WHat right does the society have to influence someone to like or hate someone else???? PEACE!!!!

A Tribute....

All of us meet various different people in different stages of our lives at different places.even i have met a lot of people who have left evident imprints. At this very moment i can think of my few MA friends who have been a great moral support to me in my ups and downs. They dint do anything abnormal for me to feel so special about them. May be they did it in the simplest possible way that makes me cherish them and feel happy and good to have met them in my life. This is not a mere good bye to them coz friends are supposed to be forever IF they intend to. I wish the three people whom i felt are very special and whom i love the most stay in touch forever with me to once again make things special in the most simplest way.

Ads...
One of the most down to earth person i have met in my life. I still remember the first time i saw her enter the class. Looked so sophisticated, implicit, show off etc etc.. all qualities revolved around them. And to a good period of time i thought the qualities which i had associated with her were right to a great extent.I remember the day i took her and some of my classmates to krishna sagar when they could'nt even walk from the college campus to KS. But the opinion totally changed when the whole class went fa her birthday party. She was full of life,zest,zeal..... Well i do not kno if it was the effect of the alcohol or what, but all my opinions about her totally changed. Who ever said it, said it right that alcohol brings people closer. it removes social barriers. It was her Bay party that brought the whole class closer than it was. People say one cant be perfect and completely balanced in life.. but ads proved it wrong by being really balanced in her thoughts and actions. a great personality to have met in my life indeed.. :) A great motivator and an optimist.someone who can make anybody feel good with her innocent and genuine care and affection. But u gotta be a gud person. she very well knows how to be otherwise with people who are otherwise.. ;P

Arch..
Hmmm... Someone whose age i still do not believe. So tender and kind by heart and so matured smart n polished by attitude. The first day when she told to the whole class about herself,i looked at her and wondered- she must be so amazingly talented. I should say my prediction was not at all wrong. I have never seen someone sleep so much and still pull it off in the tests and exams. She was really great in making me feel comfortable by saying " all day i was sleeping, i still haven't touched it". This is what she always used to say before exams and i start feeling good by thinking there is someone to give me company! Sleeps apart, Someone who has always given an adultly care and affection and also someone who has come down to my age and never made any of us feel that she was pretty elder to us. The unforgettable moment which i have shared with her was at YD when me ads aks and wish were waiting for our dosas and the entertainment she gave us there made my LMAO after really long and when i needed it the most. I recalled how to laugh and cherish after her deliberate or not so deliberate act of entertainment. :P. I owe her a treat for that. in fact all four of us owe.

Aks..
Oh!! a very very sober and discreet character i have ever met.Never knew what exactly he wants to become and what exactly he wants to be.Only HE alone knows it perhaps. Hardly has a sound sleep unlike all other of us. And wakes up at 3 am sleep wit just a finger touch on him. Sometimes very happy Sometimes very quite, never really could understand him. But have understood enough essential things to identify himself as what he is. Someone who entered our class little late after the college started with a book in his hand which read "FREAKONOMICS" really do not know why he used to carry it to the class when he hardly used to read it. later he stopped bringing it though may be after realising that i was not going to work. lol :P.But he is someone who has helped in me in all possible ways he could whenever i needed help of any sort.Dissertation times cannot be forgotten when he helped me out so much with mine. Remember times when i have seen the dusk setting in and dawn beginning in his house. Will miss him and his house a lot.

The three people will never be forgotten in my life. I shall always remember and cherish the sandwich shop chitchats every afternoon, and sudden plans of nandhini and ice and spice in the afternoon after class. Their presence have always made me feel good. They have always supported me for the right and discouraged me for the wrong directly or indirectly. It isnt a deliberate effort they put but i was lucky enough to have them in my life the way they are ,which is really utopian and im sure has changed me in many aspects without my own notice. May be not in my actions but definitely in thoughts. for example, I now know many more pubs and good food joints, i now know many more english songs than i knew before and also i know how to speak better english.. :) ;) .. its a tribute im paying for my dear friends who have always been there with me during the happy and sorrow times. Wish they would keep in touch and sprinkle their positive vibes on me which are so very genuine!!!

Do we do what we say?

The best example that we can give for a living being that is so good at committing itself for somethin and doing just the opposite that the person who has committed to do are The human beings....
Innumerable promises and assurances but the number actually rendered cannot even be counted just because usually there isnt a one... we are such poor followers of wat we say..
Why do we even say then?? why do we even talk??? what rights do we have to comment on the actions of someone else when we ourselves are so very weak on which we comment and on which we can comment till the existence of time....
very bad!!!!
when are we gonna evolve? when are we gonna grow up? when are we gonna learn? and wen r we gonna live?? am i evolved just coz i ve written this or are you evolved coz u just read this?? and wher can i find the answers fa these questons!!!!!

What kind of a society am i living in???

I wonder if the society im living in, is the right one?!! i see and experience so many things that makes me wonder if this is the way society actually functions?? is it the right way? can something be done?is it worth to live in a society like this? can i do or can we the youth do something about it to bring a radical change?? or are we just fit for just blogging off in our blogger sites and end up living in the same society which has so many casualties!!

The day before was wandering in the streets of brigade road to buy something and something i saw which stopped my walk and i just could not walk for a few seconds even after it hap pend....
A young boy like me was walking on the foot path just like me and an eunuch(so called trans genders) asked fa alms and poor guy instead of chasing off was actually gettin his wallet out to give alms.. and he did not have any change and had only notes of 100... he said sorry i don't have but the eunuch started touching the boy at weird places and started harassing him and just snatched the 100 rupees note and pushed off....

Man!! so much attitude even while begging??

Yesterday was on my way back from college and saw a couple on an activa clash with a bicyclist. both the parties fell royally and the poor guy on the cycle started bleeding. i initially jus stopped my bike since the activa rolled and came in the way of my bike and thank god i dint fall.. i parked my bike and was helping them along with many passer bys... the cycle guy was crying so badly and no rickshaw guy was ready to take him. they saw his condition and immediately said NO... but they never left stood at a corner and were watching him suffer.. i luckily had some sugar sachets in my bag since i had been to coffee day and ve this bad habit of flicking sachets of sugar and ketchup dunno why.. so i got that out and poured 3 packets of them on the wound and then somebody came whom he knew and he took care of him.

This way i see numerous incidents where people are just not worried about others. Human beings are selfish and so they have to be to survive.. but selfish to an extent that they can see someone die but can never help the one dying?? I feel we are no more so called SOCIAL animals... we slowly inching towards the stage when we were all animals..

Paying off problems.....

Just realised that every single individual in this world is dissolved in an ocean of problems.... this hard fact was never fact to me untill im myself experiencing it... the feeling wasnt too good for me. took some time and then realised that my merely living this way im just wasting my days of life!!!!
who doesnt have problems in this world in their lives?? For some big problems may b small and fa some the other way... but problems are problems anyways... some may panic for a very small one and some may boldly just accept it as a part of life...

But i feel, Problems are only Problems when we define them as such. They are really learning events. As the saying goes...If it doesn't kill you , then it can only make you stronger. Whenever we encounter a problem we should try to look at it indifferently. No matter how bad it may be. When setting goals or designing a house, a blue print, a plan is needed. The same applies to Problems. We need a plan.

By just thinking about somethin bad that happened just to feel bad, is not gonna do any good.. we would merely just be wastin a day of our life where we could have done somethin productive....

Probably one of the most common and promising strategies used to avoid problems is just to ignore them. We have an amazing ability to blind ourselves to the issues in our lives. If we don’t see and acknowledge the problems, then they simply don’t exist. It is almost a miracle at how effective this technique can be.
It may not not sound practical but this surely logical... and things whic make good logic eventually end up being practical too!!!!

I certainly have problems that I’d like to avoid. Problems are hurtful, distracting and agitating. Why wouldn’t I want to get as far away from them as possible?

That feeling you get when a big crisis pops up is sickening. It can feel like you went bungee jumping without a rope.
That’s why I recently set out to find the most used strategies for running away from problems. I wanted to uncover some things I could try. Fortunately, it wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be to find popular tactics. It seems that I’m not alone in wanting to avoid problems. i have soo much comapany!!!!
IM NOT ALONE!!!! IM NOT ALONE!!! AND IM ALIVE!!!! PHYSICALLY MENTALLY AND SPIRITUALLY!!!!! IM JUST NOT LIVING... IM ALIVE!!! IM ALIVE!!!!

Anger Aftermath!!!!!!

Anger is an emotion. It is a reaction to a real or perceived threat. Our natural response to this emotion is rage. Physiologically, our heart rate speeds up. We may feel our cheeks become flushed and jaws clench. Some of us respond to the feeling of anger by slamming doors, confronting the person who we perceive to have caused our anger, or in this age of speedy computer technology, firing off an angry email. Those who easily fly off the handle are usually aware of this tendency and should take steps to react differently to adverse situations.

It is no surprise that anger can get out of hand. Anger blinds us to all but the focus of that anger. Ever heard the expression "I was so mad, I couldn't see straight." We must learn to use the energy created by our anger in a positive way. Rather that letting it get the best of us, we can channel our anger to make our needs known. That means turning our anger into assertion, not aggression.

Kids during the summer....

Its the summer time and me again busy with the summer camps.... This is the only period when i like kids.. well i think its because i ve to?? will be chucked out if i dont like them.. so i eventually start liking them genuinely when i pretend to like them...

And one of my student who is 7 years of age happens to be my fav. student of all since she is very quite, obedient and well not troublesome at all... very cute.. she came upto my today and asked if she could leave early today.... i asked her why?? though i felt good that "ah let them all push off like this" .. then she replied to my question saying she is not feeling well... i asked her why again.. then she said she is feeling very tired!!!!! huh?! tired doing wat?? then i asked her wat she does at home... this is wat she said...
" sir mornin 9 30 to 10 30 i come here...
10 30 to 12 i go for swimming classes...
and then 1 to 3 i go for drawing classes.. then my mum asks me to go sleep till 4... and 4 30 to 6 30 i ve dance classes. and my dad picks me up from there at 7 and i ve my dinner watch pogo and sleep off like that"

phew i heard it scratched my head and wondered if she is gonna take up atleast one of them seriously?? damn these parents man.. is it coz their parents r dumb enuf to believe tat their kids can be master of all or is it just to show off and tell their counterparts what all their do?? and the sad part is once the schools reopen all tat the child is allowed to do is "STUDY"... thats it.. all mommies and dadys.. ah no not daddys... they are gud.. :P all u mommies please remember that they are kids... not machines..!!!!!!
